At Pawsome Shop, we work hard to get your pet's products to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods (holidays, etc.).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping notification.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 to the United States and Canada.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- Email us at pawsome.shopco@gmail.com — we'll investigate and work with you on a resolution
