We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your Pawsome Shop purchase. If you're not happy, we're not happy — and we'll make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange on most items.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened consumable products (dental powder, ear cleaner, etc.) for hygiene and safety reasons
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at pawsome.shopco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or product, email us and we'll do our best to accommodate an exchange, subject to availability.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover all return shipping.
